Paxos Unveils USDH Proposal V2 to Scale Hyperliquid with PayPal Partnership

Stablecoin issuer Paxos has launched its USDH Proposal V2, targeting global adoption of Hyperliquid through strategic upgrades. The plan includes a pivotal partnership with PayPal, enabling seamless access to Hyperliquid assets for millions of users. HYPE will be listed on PayPal and Venmo, while USDH gains free on/off-ramps via PayPal services. A $20 million incentive fund aims to accelerate adoption.

The integration extends to PayPal's ecosystem—including Checkout, Braintree, and Venmo—reaching over 400 million users and 35 million merchants. Paxos ties its revenue to Hyperliquid's success, with fees capped at 5% of total value locked (TVL). The MOVE signals aggressive expansion in decentralized finance, leveraging PayPal's infrastructure for mainstream accessibility.
